Rubber Ducky - Birth to 35 Month-Olds

This reading program is designed for babies birth to 35 months and their parents.

Parents: you can create a Family Account to include all of your children

How it Works:

  • Register for an account starting May 5.
  • Log in to your account to record your activity starting June 1.
  • Complete 6 of the 12 suggested early literacy activities to receive the first prize.
  • Continue with another 6 activities and redeem the final prize.
  • Prizes can be redeemed between June 11 - August 15.

Kids - 3-years-old through entering 5th grades

Parents: you can create a Family Account to include all of your children

This year there’s more than one way to participate in the Summer Reading Program – you can read daily, attend a library program or join a club. Complete a level to receive a reward and earn a chance at the grand prize drawing.

How it Works:

  • Register for an account starting May 5.
  • Log in to your account to record each of the days that you participate starting June 1.
  • There are five participation levels.
  • Read or participate everyday to receive your prize and earn a chance at the grand prize drawing.
  • Prizes can be redeemed between June 11 - August 15.

Teens - entering 6th through 12th grades

How it Works:

  • Register for an account starting May 5.
  • Log in to your account to record your reading and participation starting June 1.
  • Read a book or attend a library program to earn 50 points.
  • Complete 150 points to earn a prize and an entry into our end of summer drawings.
  • There are three participation levels.
  • Prizes must be picked up in person at the library starting June 8 and will not be mailed.
  • After you complete 3 levels, keep reading for more entries into the drawing.
  • One sign-up per person.

Adults - Ages 18 and older

How it Works:

  • Register for an account starting May 5.
  • Log in to your account to record your reading and participation starting June 1.
  • Read a book or attend a library program to earn 50 points.
  • Complete 150 points to earn a prize and an entry into our end of summer drawings.
  • There are three participation levels.
  • Prizes must be picked up in person at the library starting June 8 and will not be mailed.
  • After you complete 3 levels, keep reading for more entries into the drawing.
