Information Technology Manager

The Information Technology Manager is responsible for the leadership and coordination of the library's technology services for the library. The IT Manager is responsible for short and long range planning of the library's infrastructure and provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the department has appropriate operational controls, administrative and reporting standards, staff, and systems to operate efficiently. • Minimum three years of relevant IT management experience
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Broad IT knowledge and experience
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Effectively collaborates with all levels of staff, from frontline through executive
• Demonstrates a strategic perspective, solid judgement, and global thinking

Full Time - Exempt Position

• Annual Vacation Accrual: 5 weeks per year
• Holidays: 7 days per year
• Annual Sick Accrual: 12 days per year
