Critical Skills
  • Strong troubleshooting hardware and software skills
  • Ability to prioritize and balance competing technical issues and projects
  • Experience with installation, deployment, and maintenance support
  • Minimum two years relevant experience
  • Solid knowledge of relevant and current technology
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and confident manner
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
Work Schedule:*
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

  • Annual Vacation Accrual: 3 weeks per year
  • Holidays: 7 days per year
  • Annual Sick Accrual: 12 days per year
