Job Description Summary
The Customer Services Assistant II understands and follows the mission and values of NPL. Provides assistance to users on the optimal use of Library services and assists in creating a positive Library experience for users. Collaborates with other staff to resolve circulation related issues as needed and assists in creating a positive environment.

Work Schedule:*
Monday 5:00pm-9:00pm
Tuesday 2:00pm-6:00pm (2x/month), 1:00pm-5:00pm (1x/month), OFF (1x/month)
Wednesday 8:30am-12:30pm
Thursday 12:00pm-4:15pm
Friday OFF (3 of 4 Fridays per month)

One weekend per month
Sunday 12:30pm-5:00pm

One weekend per month
Friday 3:00pm-7:00pm or 5:00pm-9:00pm
Saturday 8:30pm-2:30pm
Sunday 12:30pm-5:00pm

  • Annual Vacation Accrual: 1 week per year
