Job Description Summary
The Customer Services Assistant II understands and follows the mission and values of NPL. Provides assistance to users on the optimal use of Library services and assists in creating a positive Library experience for users. Collaborates with other staff to resolve circulation related issues as needed and assists in creating a positive environment.

Work Schedule:*
  • Monday 12:15 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday OFF
  • Wednesday 5 p.m.-9 p.m.
  • Thursday 3 p.m.-7 p.m.
  • Friday 8:30 a.m.-12:30am
Weekend B
  • Sunday 12:30 p.m.-5 p.m.
Weekend C
  • Friday 3 p.m.-7 p.m. or 5 p.m.-9 p.m. (alternating)
  • Saturday 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Sunday 12:30 p.m.-5 p.m.

  • Annual Vacation Accrual: 1 week per year
  • Holidays: 7 days per year
  • Annual Sick Accrual: 12 days per year
