Job Description Summary
:
The Customer Services Assistant II understands and follows the mission and values of NPL. Provides assistance to users on the optimal use of Library services and assists in creating a positive Library experience for users. Collaborates with other staff to resolve circulation related issues as needed and assists in creating a positive environment.

Monday 12:15pm-4:30pm
Tuesday OFF
Wednesday 5:00pm-9:00pm
Thursday 3:00pm-7:00pm
Friday 8:30am-12:30pm (3 of 4 Fridays per month)

Weekend Work Schedule (2 weekends per month - back to back weekends)
Weekend 1
Sunday 12:30pm-5:00pm
Weekend 2
Friday 3:00pm-7:00pm or 5:00pm-9:00pm
Saturday 11:00am-5:00pm
Sunday 12:30pm-5:00pm
