Job Description Summary
:
The Customer Services Assistant II understands and follows the mission and values of NPL. Provides assistance to users on the optimal use of Library services and assists in creating a positive Library experience for users. Collaborates with other staff to resolve circulation related issues as needed and assists in creating a positive environment.

Work Schedule:*
Monday 3:00pm-7:00pm
Tuesday** 10:00am-2:30pm(2x monthly), 12:30pm-5:00pm(1x monthly)
Wednesday 8:30am-12:30am
Thursday 5:00pm-9:00pm
Friday OFF (3 of 4 Fridays)

Weekend Work Schedule (2 consecutive weekends)
Weekend 1
Friday 4:30pm-9:00pm or 2:30pm-7:00pm
Saturday 8:30am-2:00pm
Sunday 12:30pm-5:00pm
Weekend 2
Saturday 1:00pm-5:00pm
