Room Reservations

Meeting Rooms

Each of the three Naperville Public Library locations have meeting rooms that may be reserved in advance during normal library hours.

  • Advance reservation required
  • Rental fees apply
  • 3.5 hour blocks of rental time
  • Make up to two reservations per week

Conference Rooms

Both Naper Blvd. Library and 95th Street Library have conference rooms that may be reserved in advance through SPACES, or by calling or visiting the Adult Services desks of those facilities.

  • Advance reservation required
  • Rental fees apply
  • 1 hour blocks of rental time, up to a 4-hour per day time limit
  • 95th Street Library can accomodate 4 people

Reserve Meeting Rooms & Conference Rooms Online

Reservation requests must be submitted through SPACES, our online reservation system. Users will first need to set up an account and create an organization before space may be reserved.

FIRST TIME USERS, before you can reserve a space, you must:

  • SET UP AN ACCOUNT and
  • CREATE or JOIN an ORGANIZATION

Note: Users who need projection will be required to use a computer supplied by the Naperville Public Library. Due to limited technical support it is not possible to utilize your own devices, including laptops, to connect to the projector. Please use a flash drive or cloud based storage. DVDs can also be projected through the meeting room computer.

For larger meetings you can rent both Meeting Rooms A and B. Located on the main level, these rooms will accommodate up to 10 people depending on the configuration.
