Our Culture Code

Libraries know the importance of a good story. Our stories make us who we are, preserve our culture, and help us connect with one another. They show the world where we’ve been and where we’re going. Naperville Public Library’s story has been written over the decades through the actions and voices of our outstanding staff. Below you’ll find the principles that make up our Culture Code– six values that are central to the Library’s story. If these speak to you, we hope you’ll consider joining our team and helping us write our next chapter.
