    2. Before completing the following form, please review some details about our printers and service: 

      • Cost of Finished Object: $0.20/gram
      • Material: PLA Plastic
      • Maximum Build Size: 11.5 in. (length) by 11.5 in. (width) by 15.5 in. (height)
      • File Requirements: 
        • Allowed file type: .stl
        • File must be designed in millimeters (mm)
        • File must be less than 25 megabytes (MB)
        • Upon submittal of the form, you will be directed to a page that will allow you to upload your file
      • Pickup Location: 95th Street Library
